Interweave Knits Fall 2018: A Review
In today’s post, we’ll look at some interesting things - the great issue of Interweave Knights Fall 2018 .
Beach jacket on a breakwater. I like the mint dress and braids (yes, I saw what you did there, mullet hem), but I really recommend wearing it on anything but a cracked T-shirt.
Cambridge West. I like the idea of this tartan sweater and the “old school style”, but I’m going to adjust the style a bit. This style looks too big, but not two or three, usually larger than the size worn by one.
Classic Gansi dress. What does the title of this section say? I wear one myself.
Sweater for the Follins Pond. Reasonable use of cable for this.
Jersey "Wonderful Island". Overall this is good, but I’m not a fan of this big V-neck.
Wrap with herring berries. Good grip.
Sweater Massachusetts Ave. Attractive use of cables and good detailing, except for a small filler tip.
Manama Dolman. costs! I’m going to add a few rows of straps to this necklace because it looks a little scratchy.
Cardigan Mount Auburn. What a beautiful room!
Oxford Street Sweater. Holds up well in the old style.
Troy Prescott. Attractive cables.
Quincy Sweater. This Argel type cable design is very creative and fantastic.
Racing T-shirt. costs!
Sand-colored sweater with a neckline. Another beautiful attraction with braids.
Sweater Wendelstraat. It has such an innovative modern feel.
Elongated shirt. I like the shawl collar and stitched hips in contrasting colors, but maybe it’s not that functional. Maybe I want the neck and hips to be a little wider? I adjust the drooping shoulders, and the transition between the steam-satin shoulders and the ribbon pattern looks a little rough and may need to be replaced with patterned yarn.
Drag the drive. Oh dear! I like how the raglan designer uses a braid to complete the sleeves.
