Interweave Knits Fall 2018: A Review

In today's post, we'll take a look at the Fall 2018 issue of Interweave Knits , everything is pretty much the same.

West Beach Breakwater. I like the dress with the beautiful paneling and strings (but yeah, I get what you're doing there with various borders), but I definitely recommend using anything that isn't gooey glue.

Cambridge cardigan. I like the "classic varsity dress" concept of this sweater but I'm improving it. This is a relatively large style, but wear one size larger than you normally would, just not two or three.

Classic Gansi cardigan. What does the name of this section say? I use this myself.

Follins pool jumper. For that smart use of smart cable.

Big Island sweater. Overall, a nice piece, but I'm not a big fan of the V-neck.

Cover Herring Bay. Beautiful packaging.

Massachusetts Road Sweater. Incredible use of cable is a good cut, unless you see a very small edge.

Monome Dolman. very nice! I added a few rows to that ribbon necklace, they are a little thinner.

Auburn Mountain Cardigan. Great passage!

Oxford Street Sweaters. Excellent presentation of classic style.

Prescott sweater. Attractive rope.

Queens sweater. This Algiers style cable model looks very creative and good.

Racing Point jersey. very nice!

Sand collar sweater. Another nice sweater.

Wendell Street Jersey. It has a new and modern feel.

The sweater is wide. I like the attached skate collar and contrasting color cuffs, but the performance may not be as great. Maybe I want my neck and arms to be a bit wider? I adjust the shoulders, the transition from the shoulder to the stitch pattern looks a bit rough, maybe it needs to be replaced with some kind of tape.

Yarmaús sweater. Wonderful! I like how the Raglan designer used rope to finish the arm.
