Interweave Knits Fall 2018: A Review
In today's post, we take a look at Interweave Knits Fall 2018 , which made it all very clear with a very good egg.
Front beach vest. I love the cardigan with its cute sleeves and knit appliqués (although yeah, I see what you did there, mule), but I would definitely recommend wearing it with just about anything but a striped top.
Cambridge vest. I love the "old school varsity dress" concept of this sweater, but I would change that. It is a style that will look better if it is a little larger, but it means one size larger than the wearer normally wears, not two or three.
Gansey classic vest. What does the title of this passage say? I would use this myself.
Follins Pond sweater. Judicious use of cables for this.
Big Island sweater. It's a good thing overall, but I'm not a big fan of this v-neck.
Herring berry leaf. Good packaging.
Massachusetts Avenue Jersey. Attractive use of wires - nice details, plus the clear cartoon border.
Monomoy Dolman. Gorgeous! I would just like to add some bands to this neckline since it looks a bit slimmer.
Mali Auburn vest. Very good piece!
Oxford Street Sweater. Great performance in a classic style.
Prescott sweater. Attractive cables.
Quincy jumper. This argyle-style cable pattern is very creative and looks fantastic.
Racepoint sweater. Gorgeous!
Sand collar sweater. It's a great wireless sweater.
Wendell Street Jersey. It has a modern creative vibe.
Advanced Jumper. I like the idea of a shawl collar with contrasting color cuffs, but maybe not as executive. Would you like the collar and cuff to be a bit wider? I'd straighten up the dropped shoulders, foam embroidered shoulders, the twist pattern step on the front looks a little scratchy, should probably be replaced with a patterned belt.
Yardmouth sweater. Oh, beautiful! I love how the stylist used little pigs to fill in the wings of the raglan.
