Knitscene Spring 2019: A Review
Knitscene released the spring 2019 edition. Let's look at it.
Sandstorm suit. Not bad. Attractive lace bodice. I will also leave the pockets inside because the seam lines match the design, but I will keep them clean.
Rear wind scarf. Pretty interesting packaging.
On the sea breeze It's almost like a hybrid of a scarf and a top. I love it, I think it's a way to achieve a shawl effect without having to struggle with the shawl.
Jetstream cardigan. I usually find these wrapped buns problematic as they tend to not fit well, but I have to admit it's helpful in all the sample images on their Ravelry page. The texture is undeniably good.
Another good Robbery Side Wind scarf .
Head windproof scarf. I'm pretty sure it will give me a "trap in a fishing net" feeling. I'm not a fan of t-shirts.
Submitted by Warrelwind. Nice little tunic.
Jersey Sirocco. Very decent and portable.
Swivel scarf. Tiny!
Cardigan with two wings. Not bad. Attractive pocket.
Jetway cardigan. Nice texture and shape.
First class sweatshirt. This design is aptly named because it has more style and sophistication than a regular hoodie.
Top of the track. This is a top that can work with the right style, has a 1970s vibe that can be quite retro, but the style is lethal. This poor model looks stylish for an endless afternoon bingo with her girlfriends Myrtle, Agnes, Beatrice and Gert.
Ultralight Conversion Wrap Versatile shawl.
North Jersey compass. I really like the big stitching effect on this one, but I'll let the pockets shrug.
Static thermal axis. Someone designed a sweater with a textured thermal underwear effect and I realized that I'm really here for it.
