Knitscene Winter 2018: A Review

Nietzsche has published his 2018 winter edition . Let's see, shall we?

Jersey Lake Geneva. Small but portable. It will require something interesting and/or beautiful, not too easy.

Mikey Simla. I hated the "cold shoulder" look when it first came out, but I decided I'd go for it. One day I literally caught a glimpse of a Vogue two-piece off the shoulder dress on her website and thought, "Maybe this spring...?" I'm not thinking about that sweater. It's actually quite interesting. However, I will change the design to move those sliders and continue the ribbing along the sleeves. For this I knit the sleeves at the same time as the shoulders, so that there are enough extra stitches left.

Sankadia jersey. Nice and I like that modern blockchain effect, but I'm going to shorten the sleeves and shrink the cuffs instead of the bell-bottoms.

Sweater with a large waterfall. Excellent article with interesting thread effects.

Seabrook sweater. I like this lightweight sweater but it can be a bit tricky to style. I think I should put a slightly smaller lining than the sweater and let it go so it doesn't create a horizontal line under that area because what I'm seeing when looking at this photo is annoying. The color of the waist changes

Sweater Medolark Park. Overall, I really like this tunic, but I'll definitely upgrade the hi-low.

Top Benson. Not bad. I figured I would use a fine yarn or pen because it might work with a small woman.

Celadon Raglan. I like it though I think if the shoulder pads are a bit smaller.

Wiltshire headband. Your most important headband.

Pokémon cocoon. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I don't think I care. It looks like a scarf and a sweater is an unfortunate mix.

Wiltshire West. Here we have a scarf with sleeves. Has a messy look.

Bricktown hat. Standard Wire Cover.

Oh my God. Standard plus size turtleneck.

Imperial rock screen. Visually, this hood really stands out. Well done.

Microft Sense. I like the sharp, bold line of this scarf.

Wilgerwindhoed. Nice short cable cover.

Long scarf made of wood. The snowflake-like details at the end of this very simple stocking knit scarf make it extra special.

More sweaters on your head. Not a bad looking sweater. Although it seems to me that I found a small fringe of a mullet.

Black Forest cows. This little hoodie has a modern appeal.

Blackwood Hat I also like the hooded version of the top hat.
