Knitting Traditions Fall 2017: A Review
Weaving Traditions has published the autumn 2017 issue. let's see, okay?
pilot's jersey. Not a bad piece. The eyelids and leather straps give it a light touch. I like to straighten swaying shoulders and check the effect of changing the leather strap for the strap.
camera case. This is fun. These classic camera bags are often the smartest and most useful characters, so why not the hipster version?
Crystal Palace Shaw. This enchanting scarf was inspired by the entrance to the famous Crystal Palace exhibition in Victoria, England. I don't think Prince Albert expects the magnificent project to continue for more than a century and a half to inspire creative artists.
cuirassier jacket. This sits badly and rolls forward.
Flying motor bolero. A nice piece. I love the steampunk vibe.
Shaped wardrobe. A nice package with some architectural wiring.
Hubbergeon sweater. An old and worn garment with nice details on the sleeve.
incognito well. It looks like toilet paper jackets.
Jacquard boots. This also makes me think of toilet paper coats, although in this case I like the contrast effect used here and really want to see the effect in a different design.
cashmere scarf. What a great job.
Manchester jersey. For a more romantic look, I prefer to work with a softer yarn than cotton.
Morris Flowers and Wine Beauties These are little dots, I love the beautiful pictures on the back and the lace is beautiful even though I don't know what to wear with it. I think they suit someone with a romantic bohemian style.
Nottingham socks. Oh, I love these padded socks for their fun, sporty feel.
Samora hat. Another beautiful and very versatile corset as it can be worn as a cow, poncho or cow.
shelter for cockroaches. Exciting, attractive and interesting.
Shebeke Tam. Attractive stained glass inspired tum that looks good from all angles. I'm not crazy about color design, but it's easy to fix.
Steampunk shirt. I love it. The shape is very good and the equipment is well designed and smart.
A thousand miles away. It's beautiful and equally useful for anyone who loves Victorian costumes, steampunk fans, and anyone looking for a nice evening bag.
