Knitting Traditions Fall 2017: A Review
Knitting Traditions has published the fall 2017 issue. Let's take a look at this, right?
Aviatrice Sweater. Not a bad part. Leather eyes and laces give it an extra touch. I would be interested in correcting the bent shoulder and possibly try the effect of replacing the leather cord with a ribbon.
Camera case. This is a joke. These vintage camera bags are often smart and useful bags, so why not make a hipster version of them?
Shall Crystal Palace. This beautiful scarf was inspired by the famous Crystal Palace lobby of England's largest Victorian exhibition. I do not think that more than a century and a half later Prince Albert expected his giant project to inspire creative artists.
Quircia vest. This stays very bad and blows forward.
Bolero flying machine. Nice thing. I like Stumpunk Vibe.
Carved Excellent box with some architectural threads.
Haubergon jersey. A cozy classic dress with beautiful details from the inside.
Masked college. It looks like a sack that encloses with a drawstring.
Jacquard Boots. It also made me think about toilet paper cover, although in this case I like the cross-stitch effect used here and I am very interested in seeing this effect in other designs.
Kashmir-tjalie. What fantastic work.
Manchester jersey. The good part. For a more romantic effect, I would prefer to do it with soft wool yarn rather than cotton yarn (which is a sharper look).
Middle Morris Flowers & Vine. It’s a little sweatshirt - I like the beautiful patterns and the beautiful lace on the back - though I lost a bit of what to wear with them. I think they will look good on someone in a romantic bohemian outfit.
Nottingham Socks. Oh, I like these checkered socks with their fun sporty look.
Samurai Kappi. Another beautiful lace piece and it is quite versatile because it can be worn as a hood, poncho or hood.
Scarf hood. Cheerful, interesting and attractive.
Shebeke there. Attractive stained glass filler that looks good from all angles. I'm not excited about the color scheme, but it's a simple adjustment.
Sheepskin sweater. I like her. The form is wonderful and the motif of the marches is well thought out and thought out.
Thousands of miles of wallets. It's very cute and will be just as effective for those who love Victorian dresses, Stimpunk fans and those who just want a nice evening bag.
