Cast On Fall 2017: A Review

Cast On magazine published its 2017 fall issue . Let's see?





glasses. Not bad, though finished with a little rough and rounded edges and roughly painted flowers. This is definitely a favorite and the butterfly buttons are beautiful.





Less traveled way. I like it in general, but this collar irritates me. It should be asymmetrical, but should only look oblique.





Socks A-Tisket, A-Tasket. A nice pair of socks.





Jacket for the Alps. I like this work, but let me note that the imperial belt will not flatter a rich woman. If this vest is for a woman who needs a little more than a B-cup, pull this belt down to her waist.





A child with a hat and a basket. At first glance, it seemed to me that this is a kind of small bag with lace. This is a good hat.





Color block tunic. I like the basic concept of a colored tunic, but its implementation did not give full results. The look is visually very fragmented.





Diagonal braided basket. A handy piece with some structural touches to keep things interesting.





English diamond cover. Beautiful.

Gloves for sending SMS to Golden Aspen. Fingerless gloves usually have a little more fingers than this, and the effect is a bit strange because the fingertips are visible because the fingertips of the gloves are blown and not intentional.

Gloves with red maple. These are the same Golden Aspen SMS gloves, made only of lightweight yarn and not sporty. I like the polished look of the lighter yarn. I never like my gloves to look or feel like gloves.





Pillow with ribs and garter. This is a small change to the Basketweave Garter Stripe Pillow above. I think I prefer the other one because the smaller image size gives the pillow a slightly more sophisticated look.





walk in handcuffs. I can only pull the handcuffs if they can go beyond the top edge of the boot. Not so.





Market bag from top to bottom. It will stretch like hell after you put your products inside.





Traveler. It has an old-fashioned ugly look, and the front of the zipper looks bad when folded back, so you can even see the inside edge of the zipper.





Zig Zack fingerless gloves. Very similar to those in good shape and beautiful color.
