Rowan Knitting & Crochet Magazine 65: Review Part One
Rowan launched the Rowan Knitting & Crochet 65 magazine . Let's watch the first half, okay? (There are 42 patterns in this issue, so I've split them into two reviews, the second of which is here .)
Easter is an interesting combination of graphic and floral elements. The more I see, the better.
The single is attractive and portable.
The dove is unobtrusively beautiful, but I'll make the pass a little more careful.
Bismarck. Classic vest with eyes.
Vital. The combination of a cropped sweater with a tunic bodice… sorry.
Rivera. This poncho will look much better on the couch.
Kukel. Very beautiful! I love the curved wire details both front and back, very distinctive.
Dali. Good case, useful.
Ratko. Great use of the color gradient effect.
Jenner. This is a particularly interesting part of the island.
Berenice. Beautiful and bright design.
Tori. I like to draw on his "body" but he looks like an Afghan hunter-hunter who has changed.
Temple. It looks a lot like this, and you can see there's enough visual interest and style here to turn a simple t-shirt and denim dress into an outfit. Thanks to the designer of this color palette, who somehow managed to combine gold, ivory, cream, green, sand and gray colors and make them work.
The fountain has a rather beautiful body.
A rock. Wrinkles are gone, even on skirts, and when I say gone, I don't mean they've become universal as we move away from sweater patterns.
Marielle I love the art deco style in this design.
Cornelia. Another beautiful body.
Yoko. This is another mutated Afghan, without half a sleeve, this one has grown into half a napkin. I start to think a little. Is this the start of the Day of Trifid , some sort of uprising with only vengeful Afghans instead of Trifido?
Waiter. Classic bamboo.
Yes, yes , a striped portable tank.
Recycle. Nice knitted coat, but I'll adjust that shoulder.
