Cast On Fall 2017: A Review

Cast On Magazine published their Fall 2017 issue . Let's see this, right?

Basket post. It's not bad, but with its crinkled edges and roughly drawn colors, it's one side a bit rough and ready. It's definitely reasonable, and the butterfly buttons are nice to the touch.

Less highway driving. I usually like it, but this necklace makes me slimmer. It should be asymmetrical, but only look diagonally.

A-Tiskut socks, A-Tasket. Nice pair of socks.

Alpine walk to the west. I like this thing, but I don't think an empire belt is flattering on a healthy woman. If this vest is for a woman who needs more than just a B cup, drop this ribbon to your waist.

Children with basket hats. At first I thought it was some little lace bag. This is not a bad hat.

Color block style tunic. I like the main idea of the color block tunic, but the execution isn't quite right. The appearance is very visually fragmented.

Basketwave diagonal cap. Useful part with some texture details to keep it interesting.

English diamond cap. Cute

Basketwave League. Pretty simple cushion.

Golden gloves for texting with asp. Fingerless gloves usually have a bit more fingers than that, and the effect is a bit weird, as if the fingertips are visible because the fingertips of the glove stick out at the tips rather than the design.

Hand warmers made of green esp. I like that.

Hit the road vest. Oh I love this one! The shape and details are good, and the built-in inserts at the front give the curved sweater a visually commendable line.

Cushion and mosaic stitch. This pattern has a clever visual effect.

Mister Fox. He is suspected to be a fox, but he actually looks like a hybrid of a fox and an anteater. The fox's nose is not that long.

Napoleon + desert jacket. It looks like a cover, and it deserves it, because this line is beautiful. It is impossible to give such a design the shape of a waist, but it is possible to correct and straighten stretched shoulders so that the sleeves sit more beautifully.

Orange sassafras gloves. Here we show a bit more of the fingertip, but the fabric got lost in the pile because I suspect the fingers were too long for the model's hand. There is a pattern behind this, but it is not very effective.

Table runner with picket edge. A good decoration element.

Red maple gloves for texting. They are, like esp gold texting gloves, made of lighter yarn than regular sports weights. I like the more polished type of light thread. I never want to see or feel my gloves like meat in the oven.

Ribbed cushions and garter belt. This is a small change from the wavy cushion of the upper league. I think I like the other one because the small size of the image gives the pillow a more refined look.

Movable sleeve on the cage. I can only draw shoelaces if they can sit on top of the shoe. They do not.

Market bag from top to bottom. It will spread to hell as soon as one saves food.

Traveler. It looks dated, skimpy, and looks bad when you fold down the front of the zipper to reveal the inside of the zipper.

Zick Jack finds himself without fingers. Like the ones that are shaped just right and have a beautiful color scheme.
