Cast On Fall 2019: A Review

Let's take a look at today's 2019 edition of Cast On .

Ankle boots 2x2 (left) and folded boots (right). This designer came up with this design concept to keep kitchen chair legs from leaving marks on the tiled floor. I don't want to wash my slippers as I might need to do this from time to time and I wouldn't like to think about what my cat might do to them, but you might not care.

Arlene Tam Very nice. There really is something about the island there.

Hood with wire. Not so bad. Hats meant to cover ears look bad, even silly, but this one looks like a weird medieval peasant that actually works.

bark Wonderful. It's mostly done in the same color scheme as Arlene Tam, which gives them both a similar look, but I prefer Cora. It impresses with its clear design.

Balaclava and armbands Diva. These look like steampunk. I am sure you will find these bracelets very comfortable and annoying as these elegant little bumps get dirty and stick to everything.

Garden Sweater I don't like the flight the designer tried to make with it. The see-through elastic band on the right, which the designer used as the base for the pom-pom line, looks like a mistake for a casual look. This sweater looks very pretty and I would weave it into a nice shape as well as a leaf lace pattern.

Gray pullover. It's very cool and modern. It reminds me of the noise on the TV screen.

11. Very attractive classic look. The lace pattern is really beautiful.

heather and lace. I would definitely correct the slumped shoulders and it confuses the line. I would probably ditch the knitted belt shown here in favor of a very elegant belt I bought that would complete the look, especially when paired with other custom accessories. The detail around the neck is beautiful.

sweaters on the main street. This is success. The designer wrote that “lately I have been fascinated by architectural lines and wanted to create a sweater that incorporates horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines, changing the trajectory and drawing attention with an intriguing pattern”, and I must say that he succeeded. Delightful This sweater is incredibly bright, rhythmic and interesting, after all, for a simple sweater with a collar.

Cardigan for hugs and kisses. Nice classic vest.

meow. I know fun and cute cat obsessed girls would love to have something like that.

ski hat. This is a machine knitting project. Good. I'm not a fan of square hats. I like the contrast line.

Triangular scarf with sea view Looks rather uncomfortable, "not very functional." I think it will work better with a better color scheme. This water comes out like a thumb.

Tight golf. Once I had to buy myself a pair of high socks because I have a terrible fetish. This design will definitely work just as well as most I've seen.

"Cable" towels on tiptoe. They are beautiful in terms of sewing and this thread looks amazing, but I can't help but think that the opening around the fingers would be uncomfortable and let the cooler, more concrete material through, shall we say, a little bit. I prefer to practice finger movements.

A wrapped sweater. It's attractive. She's wearing some old-school director's shirt, but in a good way. A color other than white or cream will greatly tone down the Victorian t-shirt humor in this design, if you will.

Hot tuxedo. This hat has an interesting, if not special, line.

With snakes. I'm with you. It's not terrible, it's imperfect. He has sloping shoulders that can't be fixed with diagonal stripes on the front and back, but at the same time... I don't think the diagonal stripes really add anything to the design.
