Cast On Spring 2020: A Review
Cast On has released a spring 2020 release. Let's see, shall we?
Mosaic Blackwater blouse. I love the cardboard lips of this sweater, but I'm not sure I'll love the colored sleeves, which make the sweater look like a set of short sleeves worn over a long-sleeved white blouse. I also want to patchwork the bottom of the sleeves.
Cardigan TsKB. Slightly burns the retina with the colors of the daytime style of the eighties. But of course there is no need to do it in those specific colors unless they do it for you. I can see it being pretty in a mohair color if the cut length and loose fit fit the halter. Usually it is a complex silhouette.
jumper SSB. This will prove to be a much more comfortable version of the cropped cardigan shown above. But I would add some waist shaping and choose a different color scheme.
Ribbed sweater with braids. It has a classic and elegant look.
Saffron in the snow. There are some pretty stitches and I love the evocative model name, but I can't imagine anyone I know actually using it.
T-shirt with side wind. good item The fit is good and I like the expressive details on the hem and sleeves.
Hats for Kara. They are quite simple, but certainly very useful.
Sweater with heartbeat. Classic sweater with braids.
Hear it. Nice hat. There is something about the heart shape that makes the design attractive.
Sweater with twisted hearts. I love the whimsical details of the cables in this one.
Kendall dress. Hmm, it took some work. Looks weird and unfinished.
Hood mandala. It has a different eye-catching look, Fair Isle designer hardware and an unusual color scheme.
Pillow MKM. Simple yet effective design.
Capital module. I like the color block design of this sweater more than the "I have one in my stash" color.
Niord sweater. Good ball! I love the combination of the diamond chest with the striped sleeves and lip.
Upper part of the old moon. This is one of those designs that would be great because of all the techniques that can be used to create it, but not so great to use. You'll need layers, your empire waist will be problematic in terms of the shapes you work with and the things you work with, and I don't think a back cut is pretty or particularly attractive.
rain chains. Gorgeous pillow!
Henley sweater with waves. It's fun, like a modern look in a Charlie Brown sweater.
The dot block slipped off. This is good. I've found that when it comes to protective boxes, I prefer a "thin and stylish" case over "comfortable as toilet paper".
Like a Charlie Brown vest. I don't know if anyone will believe me, but I swear I referenced Charlie Brown in a Ripple Henley sweater review before I saw this design. I also like this version of Charlie Brown's vest: the reference isn't as obvious as it looks like the suit. However, the user must definitely be careful when flying kites or throwing soccer balls while using it.
Socks Wild Range. good socks
Vest zigzag chevron. I really like this one which has an elegant 1930s era knitting vibe and is one of my favorite knitting styles of all time.
