Cast On Spring 2020: A Review

Cast On has published the Spring 2020 issue. Let's check it out, right?





Blackwater Mosaic Sweater. I like the plaid hem of this sweater, but I'm not sure I like the color-coded strands that make the sweater look like a little number worn over a white long sleeve shirt. . I am also interested in working with mosaics.
