Interweave Knits Holiday 2017: A Review
Interweave Knits has released the 2017 Christmas issue . Let's look at this.
Sleeping scarf. How attractive! And the scarf is also very beautiful. (Sorry, there's a little bit left.)
Buckwheat porridge. An attractive classic work.
Golf cable and seeds. With such a classic seam it is hard to go wrong. Although I want to note that these socks do not reach the knees of the model. I guess the name "calf socks" is not quite the same.
Cookie decoration game. It’s a game for kids and I think the pecan boy will have fun playing with it. The gloves are too cute.
Dickens Dickens. It’s a wonderful relaxation from Scrooge and the three ghosts from the Christmas carol . I do not like blank faces, although I know that it is difficult to create a parable out of thread. The empty face really cooperates with the Ghost of last Christmas because it scares him, and that’s how scary it must be.
Wicker shawl. Very good!
Fantastic family foxes. They are not very similar to foxes, but are definitely cute and nice.
Ice gloves. They are beautiful and upholstered for warmth.
Jacquard gloves. This is different. I don’t know if I like them, but they definitely have an interest in texture. In this brown yarn they have the appearance of "straw weaving".
Scarf of new growth. Beautiful body, even elegant.
Donkey's hat. I don’t even like this style of hat, but this one is so well drawn, so beautifully detailed and carefully sewn, that it’s attractive.
Cap parallelogram. Beautiful classic hat.
Inflated it. It’s pretty simple, but like most basic designs, it’s portable and easy to use.
hat from sunscreen i like. The design of the Fair Isle is beautiful, and the slightly unobtrusive color scheme works very well.
Tree branches and hat. I really like the combination of pine needle threads and twisted threads.
Socks with two ropes. This is a very beautiful pair of classic knitted socks.
Worn hat. Another classic hat.
Gloves "Winter Air". They’re cute, but I wish they were slimmer and fit my wrists better. Bare wrists won’t help keep the owner’s wrists and hands warm in the winter.
Winter sock snowflake. Really cute design. I like that the designer not only chose the classic snowflake socks, but also added some interesting extra touches: a cream lace top, heel and socks with a base color and firmware of a contrasting color.
The call of a cold winter. This is a very small piece. I love the combination of light blue, aqua white.
Boscanth. This is a beautiful piece of knitted lace. It is inspired by traditional Shetland scales and can really be successful.
Yeti for a spoon. Actually it’s not like my idea of a yeti, which is usually painted more hairy, but I have to admit that the idea of dressing a scary creature in long pants (with a full flap on the buttons on the back)) and bunny slippers are very clever.
