Interweave Knits Winter 2018: A Review
Interweave Knits has released the 2018 edition of Winter . Let's see!
Anchor Cardigan. Good texture and shape on this.
Clinton Creek Hat. I love the concept of the textured ribbon on the hat and the embroidered body.
Dawson City Sweater. Beautiful and classic Jacquard yoke sweater.
Eagle Island cardigan. This is a very interesting cochineal pattern and is very similar in style. I like the combination of gray, black, cream and red as a nice contrast to the traditional black, gray and white or brown, beige and white.
Turn off the poncho. Beautiful sewing on this. I do not like the shape of this thing, but I am not a big fan of ponchos in general. It covers well.
Sweater Grand Forks. Incredibly beautiful.
Shadow cardigan. Another beautiful part of Fair Island. I have not worn a belt that hides beautiful patterns and does not attract sweaters. Definitely better to make this sweater to the waist.
Ibex Valley Mits. I love the pineapple design, they look so warm and comfortable.
Editarod sweater. Magic Plans. I need someone with wide shoulders to tie this. Suitable candidates can apply!
Klondike sweater. A very nice thing to do with the cable.
Sweater Mount Lorne. so beautiful! This yoke is truly wonderful.
Sweater name. The front wire is fine. I am not a fan of lowering the neckline and opening up men's sweaters.
Ron Jumper. Another beautiful jump with a cocktail.
Ruwan White Mountain. It has a nice texture, but I never really liked those loose, thick, baggy images.
White sweater with horse. Not bad, but I'll fix those wavy shoulders. The sleeves look ridiculously short.
Yukon River socks. Ah, high heels for a talented pop girl who wants to go to Whitehorse without pneumonia. I'm joking about it - they fit nicely and stick well and are a great way to add extra protection in very cold weather.
