Knitting Traditions Fall 2017: A Review
Knitting Traditions published their Fall 2017 issue. Let's see, shall we?
Aviatrix is flexible. Not the bad part. Leather and leather straps add a touch of luxury. I will tend to correct drooping shoulders and can test the effect of replacing the leather cord with duct tape.
camera box. this is funy. These vintage camera pockets often make smart and handy pockets, so why not even a knitted cardigan?
Crystal Palace Shawl. This beautiful mantle was inspired by the famous entrance hall of the Victorian Crystal Palace in England. I don't think Prince Albert ever expected his brilliant projects to inspire creative artists in a century and a half.
Cardigan Cuirassierren. It stays so bad, it is bloated forward.
Bolero flying machine. Nice part. I love the steampunk atmosphere.
carved corpse; Nice accommodation with some architectural cables.
Haubergeon jacket. Classic and animated material in the wings with beautiful detailing.
hidden fields. It looks like toilet paper.
Jacquard boot toppers. It also reminds me of clean toilet paper, or in this case I like the contrast stitching effect used here, I'd be very interested to see the effect of a different design.
Cashmere scarf. What a fancy job.
Jersey Manchester. Nice part. I usually do this with fine woolen yarn for a more romantic effect than cotton yarn (which looks more fragile).
Morris Flower and Fine Mets. It is small embroidery. I like the pretty embellishments on the back, the lace is pretty, and I partially don't understand what you're going to be wearing. I think it would look good on someone in a romantic, bohemian outfit.
Nottingham socks. Oh, I love these stroller socks for the fun and sporty feel.
Samurai Coffel. Another beautiful lace that is so versatile because it can be worn as a cloak, coat or hat.
Scarab hat. Funny, captivating and captivating.
Totally like you. Attractive stained glass-inspired glass looks beautiful from all angles. I'm not too crazy about color, but it's easy to fix.
Steampunk flex. I love that! The design is excellent and the gear design is well designed and intelligent.
A bag for a thousand miles. It is very interesting: it will be equally useful for those who love Victorian dresses, for fans of steampunk and for those who want an attractive evening bag.
