Knit.Wear Spring/Summer 2018: A Review

Knit.Wear has launched its spring/summer 2018 collection . Let's see, okay?

Adriatic Dolman. I'm not a fan of bat wings or bat sleeves, but they are great examples of style.

Aegean robbery. I really like this geometric lace pattern.

Andaman Garaia. I love this tip, but not the sandwich board style.

Beaufort jumper. I love the details on the bottom, sides and cuffs. I recommend working this pattern in one piece with a circular needle to remove the side seams until the sleeve opens.

Benedikt's sweater. I love the texture of this, but I'm going to decorate it.

Upper Caspian Sea. Very decent part. I like embroidery and especially lace.

Karl sweater. Classic high neck. Oh how I wish I could wear a collar like that.

Clematis cardigan. Good stitching, comfortable fit, fits well.

Federico cardigan. An attractive classic cardigan.

Honeysuckle T-shirt. What I like about this design is the concept of the lace and the pleat at the back. What I don't like: The cracked shape and the poor execution of the back fold. The top of the fold that is below the lace panel looks terrible.

Water hyacinth sweater. This pattern looks like it's right out of the pages of a 1970's home magazine, and on the other side it could be a recipe for a rice casserole.

ionic boss. It's one of those cases where I love a design concept, but I don't think it's done the job. I like the idea of a lace butterfly on the back, but somehow there are too many holes and loops for my liking.

James cardigan. I love this geometric cable. I would say that for a spring/summer issue, the design of this issue is quite fall/winter.

Dolman Lore Ilargia. In general, I prefer this option because the side pant and lace and simple batwing patterns work well together, but I would extend the lace and pant pattern to the wrists instead of the garter pattern for the underarms. He looks a bit clingy and with the rest of the sweater he looks crotchless.

Gantry tank. The cuts and details are great, but I don't think this piece deserves the style it deserves as it is meant to be worn alone and not layered. I'll also make it into a more interesting thread to give it a bit of elegance.

Puget bag. Oooh, I really like this bag that expresses a modern and sophisticated style.

Spanish moss lace. Very elegant cape with beautiful lace and fabulous draping.

Timor t-shirt. It's not a bad design. It has a nice finish to the yoke and sides and this garment is just the right style as it is a very nice cape.

Weddell boss. I really like the stitching and the shape of this little top. I am not a fan of long hair, but if you want it, you can easily lengthen it. I would also do it in a cool, fun color instead of a sadder color. Come Knit.Wear is your spring/summer edition. you have died inside

Glycine robbery. Beautiful lace cape.
