Love of Knitting Fall 2017: A Review

The results of Love of Knitting were published in the 2017 issue . Let's see, shall we?

Ash wood hood. Beautiful. I like it a lot because I'm thinking about using this pattern to create the brown hoodie I want to make next year (my current brown shoe is on the last thread) although I would like a zipper design, and I don't want a zipper, I don't want to know what it looks like. But for now I still like it.

Doreza Bloomsbury. Great details and shapes for it.

Brioche controlled scarf. I like it a lot. It's creative, engaging, stylish, and something even the smallest of sarcastic heroes would easily wear.

Cotswolds Chapels. It's quite a beautiful and interesting piece, but I can't say I was interested in the piece of twisted wire that the designer used for the previous tie. However, there are many clips. So if you don't like them, you can just replace them with a chosen one.

assigned to Delabé. It's a beautiful piece with shapes and details I wouldn't wear on the colorless buttons of a blouse. The effects are very primitive.

will be Guernsey. What a beautiful piece. The seams are great.

Top street jacket. Not bad, but I found the fitted sweater much more interesting.

Kings Road Hood. I like that. It's well placed and has nice thread with rich colors.

Total m square. I would have liked this shoulder bag if it wasn't for the matte color it's made of. The smooth shape goes well with this shape and with these gloves.

Nottingham lace cardigan. Good design and some nice lace details.

Red foam sweater. Not bad. I think I can save a lot of threads for that. The design has a certain flatness in a strong color.

Black water of the Shami River. I like sewing that.

Sherwood Forest sweater. I like it a lot. The details of the neck, lip and wrist are striking and the color scheme is beautifully coordinated.

Shetland stole it. Another beautiful scarf.

Achilles therapy. It's beautiful and a pleasure to choose a color

Stockings Thames Way. It is a presentable and practical pair of mountain socks. The band around the legs is supposed to keep the socks out of the claws in the mountaineering boots.

Uji waistcoat in tweed. That's not a bad part. The idea of having a necklace is a bit wrong but I think it works and the threads are beautifully done.
