Love of Knitting Winter 2017: A Review
Weaving Love has released its winter 2017 edition . We see.
Nice sweater. I like this option in general, and the idea of applying Chevron details to a swimsuit sweater is usually more interesting and quirky than the opposite yoke, but reduces the garter seams to the body and does it all in one jersey. The points in the championship don't seem to add anything, but give "Chevron" a slightly confusing result.
Claire Jersey. This is the beautiful part. Cut, but not because anything went wrong.
Cliffs of Moher West. Not bad. Such a thing can be useful if a woman walks very quietly and is looking for a layer to wear on her linen shirt.
Connacht's hat. Dear. But with this cable it's hard to go wrong.
The guys from Gingerbread Furuset. I thought it was cool, but it changed the look a bit. If she hadn't been putting her lips in the wrong place for the past three decades, the tip of Rosie's cheek should have been on her cheek, not the corner of her mouth.
Berries gloves. Overall good, but I wanted to add a little finishing touch. The edges looked unfinished, and one of them was bent.
Jury hat. Nice embroidery for this.
Sweater category. I like it. It is very light and comfortable to wear, but the collar, cuffs and belt make it very special.
I'll move the short sweater. The shortened length, as in this children's style, shows all the shirts worn underneath, but looks "dirty".
Straight to the sandwiches. I like this overall concept, and it looks great, but somehow got it assembled wrong, maybe because the colors didn't match. I think you can do this with two strands instead of three, using the options for the main color and for the contrasting color and chest.
The hood is wrapped. This is a pretty scarf that goes well with light clothes like here.
Scapa Flow Shaul. I'm not crazy about it. The texture is nice and I like the yarn used here, but it looks amazing in the three profile photos on the Ravelry Patterns page. This thick wrap tends to not fit.
A scarf from Sherkin Island. Vintage and attractive packaging.
Skellig Michael sweater. Pleasant. That my neck is enough to tremble so much!
Svalbard's hat. I also like the Island of Light and its color scheme, but it's not the only garter stitch on the edges. At the same time weavers seem to have temporarily lost sight of the product at hand.
Sage of the Tarfal Valley. Big! I love the layers, and this expanded side of the scale looks just as good as the right side.
Good Scream Island. Another interesting stitch detail.
