Love of Knitting Winter 2017: A Review
Love of Knitting released the winter 2017 issue. Let's get a look.
Bohuslan sweater. Overall I liked and liked the idea of putting the chevron trim on the body of the jumper rather than the contrast panel where it would normally be interesting and whimsical, but I worked in garter st through the point of the body and worked it through. all in a bathing suit. The garter stitch does not seem to bring anything, but it gives the chevron a slightly washed out effect.
Sweater Claire. This is the good part. I was going to cut it off, but that's because I don't need a long tunic because something is wrong.
Cliffs of Moher West. Not bad. This can be effective when a woman is very relaxed and wants to wear a flannel shirt.
Connaught sail. Okay, but it's hard to go wrong with a metal balaclava.
Furuset Gingerbread men. Quite a lot, but I thought I'd change my expression a bit. The rosy freckles on my cheeks should be in the cheek area and not around the edges of my face if I haven't lost my blush for the past three decades.
Excellent gloves. Overall great, but I wanted to add a little cutout on the cuffs. The edges look a bit unfinished and one of them is curved.
Jurate Kaul. A few such beautiful moments.
Kattegat sweater. Oh, this one! It is very simple and comfortable, but the collar, cuffs and waistband make it stand out.
Cropped jumper Rohan. The cropped length suggests that you can wear any pretty shirt underneath, as is the case with this toddler model, but it looks cropped.
sandwich sweater. I like this general idea and the shape is good, but for some reason it doesn't match, maybe because the colors don't match. I thought I could do this between two strands instead of three, using varied and contrasting colors for the base color and harmonious solidity for the ribs.
gray scarf This is a cute scarf that complements a casual outfit like this one.
Scarf Scapa Flow. I'm not crazy about it. The texture is nice and I like the yarn used here, but it looks awkward in the three professional style photos on the Ravelry pattern page. This thick envelope tends to not fit.
Scarf Sherkin Island. Attractive classic packaging.
Scalig Michael's sweater. Fabulous. If only I had the neck to wear such an image!
Veil of Svalbard. I like the Fair Isle and its colors, but not the stigmatized garter stitch line on the ribs. It looks like a bag tied with a rope
Scarf from the Tarfala Valley. Very well! I love the edges and the fact that the back of this scarf is almost as pretty as the front.
Yale Island Hood. Another interesting article with interesting points.
