Noro Magazine Issue 13: A Review

Nora Magazine released its thirteenth issue in fall 2018 . Let's look at it. Note that for some reason this issue displays 11 Ravelry pages with patterns, in fact five of those 11 pages have no images on the sample page, and one (# 03, Textured Rib Raglan) has two pattern pages, so i will do it. can provide Ravelry links to just ten of the 36 patterns in this review.

01, Afghanistan letter. This is an interesting and unusual concept.

# 02, Mosaic Poncho. Pleasant lust for the eye.

# 03, Lateral raglan network. It is quite attractive and portable.

# 04, pullover at the end with batting wings. It has interesting lines. I would like to see it from a different perspective before I actually subscribe, but it seems like it could be a peculiar and interesting piece.

# 05, Vest with diamonds. It's a lot of seventies, but you can wear it.

06, striped sweater. Very pretty.

# 07, Hat with diamond-shaped elastic. Classic striped hat.

08, anonymous. A decent pair of gloves. I find the soft gray color of this yarn attractive to me.

09, Malaco. I like the threads used in this work.

10, pillow. The color play of these two pillows makes it, because technically it can no longer be basic.

11, a handkerchief with triangular ears. Pretty

12, tjalie. Small.

13, faded poncho. Not bad in terms of design, but I thought for this project I would use a different color than brown as the brown thread gives this poncho a painful resemblance to emoji poop.

14, checkered ruana. A fine line in this case, or it seems rather difficult to turn. I'll leave it on the couch.

15, poncho band. It's great for a poncho, and the stitching is good.

16, chevron wrap. Pretty nice.

17, Afghan grandmother. These colors make it attractive.

# 18, Afghan Granny Blanket. I really like this triangular block concept for Afghans. This is a refreshing change over the usual grid - the resulting borderline is amazing.

19, with scarf buttons. Something. I will reject this one.

# 20, Serp Serp. I will miss it too. The scarf should look like a shawl, not wrapped around the wearer in a chaotic way.

21, tjalie-chrysant. It's more like an Afghan than a scarf, otherwise it would be a good Afghan.

22, Flower Blossom Purse. It's too spicy, for my taste.

23, Sweater with block texture: Not bad. This can be done by shaping the waist - a ready-made contour.

24. Sweater with oblique yoke. Pretty.

25, a sweater made of cloth. Pull your shoulders down, straighten the egg, it will become a real sweater.

26, short series jersey. I like the front guide board a lot, it's an interesting idea that works very well with this yarn. I will straighten my fallen shoulders.

27, Pullover is highly woven. It was too much to be indifferent to. Guess what it is? And the shoulder seam in half, sighs. Do it neatly - it will make the perfect necklace.

# 28, Cable is too large. Pick up a shoulder again, and the rest is fine.

# 29, small beach. Beautiful little handbag in boha style.

30, Granny Squares Wallet. I do not think there is anything you can do with Grandma's boxes to make it unattractive when used in clothing accessories.

31, tunic. Read with a basic imperial belt that will look better in other threads.

32, sweater. Probably the thread I really liked in the 09, Hood, I still love it, but I'm definitely going to make the landing on this one smooth.

33, vest with collar. Nice comfortable jacket.

34, Wes. Dirty and rude.

# 35, Long sweater with flap. I would not call it a "long sweater coat". I'll call it a kaftan, I'll take it off later.

36, jacket. I'm not a fan of this unstitched, forward jersey, but it's a good one.
