Pom Pom Quarterly Summer 2017: A Review
Today we take a look at the Summer 2017 issue of Pom Pom Quarterly Magazine .
Seville. Good heist. Stylish lace.
Shoot. sweet peas. The combination of herringbone and three colors (two similar and one accent) work together perfectly.
Evening. The silk thread and other stitches of this sweater are attractive but not loose, boxy.
party. beautiful dress. I love the combination of stripes and lace in green and beige which gives it a fun and summery feel.
Explosion. This is a very pretty little striped top. I love that the designer took the extra step of adding a line of color to the neckline. However, this material deserves better than pairing it with low heels.
Candy. These gloves are well made - the bent ribs pair nicely with the cords on the back and also add useful stretch to the gloves - but the pom poms on the back are driving me a little crazy. This of course is easy to overlook.
Wreaths. These socks are so beautiful and classic that I almost believe they starred Leslie Howard in a 1930s movie.
Date of birth. An attractive and very wearable material will serve its owner faithfully for many years.
Ceilidh. Another piece with good stitching but awkward shape.
Ring. Nice hat.
Jamboree. My darling. This knit sweater can work if the color is catchy and the cut is a little neat, but there seems to be a lot of work to be done on it.
Brilliant. Another beautiful cover and can be returned as a bonus.
knee-high I love the high-contrast knit and ribbed concept, but the loose heel doesn't suit me. I spent my time in the soft sock room in the 80s and I don't mind repeating the experience.
Warm welcome. Attractive dress. I like the charter and cable combination.
Zazie. Good work! The zigzag pattern looks more like very Afghan or very Charlie Brown, but this designer has cleverly removed this pairing look by adding an interesting mélange effect to the zigzag.
party. Nice shape and attractive neckline.
