Pom Pom Quarterly Summer 2018: A Review

Pom Pom Quarterly has published the Summer 2018 issue. Let's take a look, shall we?





I. I love the stitching, the raw edges, and the color scheme, but this carved egg in a box would be uncomfortable for most women.





No bayader. A combination of three threads of the same color, thin stripes and edging gives this jacket a sophisticated and surprising effect.





Deauville. Simple and wearable - an interesting thing for the summer. That might sound like bloody low praise, but it really isn't. It helps a lot to have an outfit that is simple enough to go with a lot of other things, but has small details or a design style that keep it from being understated.





Herrera. I love the middle section of that cool top curve, but I don't like the sad egg sac.





judoka. This little bag is very stylish and amazing in its looks. I don't think it can hold much, simply knit without a lining, but it's so cute to look at that I almost don't care. And the style in this photo is amazing as the bag completes this beautiful striped dress perfectly. Whenever a woman walked down the street with me in that ripped outfit, I couldn't help but notice her. I walked past their group at least a few times and made mental notes.





To suffer. not bad. I like the general concept with art deco elements. I liked it better before looking closely because the stitches look ragged.





Maclean. Sophisticated, modern packaging.





Nisreen. It's very interesting in terms of its rhythmic visual curves, but it can probably be hard to come to terms with.





Riley. I am very sorry. I love the subtle effect of two similar shades - an overall design that has an edge effect by changing the direction of the face. One of the niceties is that I will slightly improve the fit, or is the small size ok?





Asphalt. A soft-matched creamy charcoal spin-blend with a two-tone I-liner is visually appealing, but I can't subscribe to this moving horse. For most women, this will seem sloppy and uncomfortable.





Market. Another attractive packaging with a modern style.
