Pom Pom Quarterly Winter 2018: A Review

Pom Pom Quarterly has released their 2018 winter issue. We'll see?

Tree of life . Beautiful sweater. I'm not usually a huge fan of tassels, but these veils add a lively vibe to a simple corduroy sweater.

Ataraksia. I appreciate where this designer was going with this, in detail, in the form of a vest, I like the overall design, but looking at this jacket from the side, I think it doesn't work visually. I will cut it by a few inches.

Kristabel. What a beautiful card I like the expression of the model.

Gailwood. These gloves are different. they are attached to the middle finger ring, not shaped to have individual finger holes. It will stay in place quite well and I like the effect more. It's like spitting on your hands.

Bilbili. Here we have the look of the cap, and its twisted and curved threads are truly mythical, reminding me of the dense vegetation of the magical forest, which can be read about in fairy tales.

Nimue. I'm not so sure. The dolman sleeves give it a certain flimsy look. I have to admit, there are some nice details, though, it looks great here with a classy dress with no horizontal stripes competing.

Not like this. I'm not entirely happy with the way this sweater fits on the front, but it's passable and looks great on the back.

Osmunda. Here ... there is a lot to do. This pudding is not only very firm with eggs, it also seems to go well with chicken.

alien This wrapper is really beautiful. The stitching, the use of two similar shades, its luxurious silk voile ... There are sixteen photos of this scarf on its Ravelry page, which is much more than usual for a Ravelry pattern page. It seems the photographer couldn't stop photographing and I don't blame them.

willow wood I like the effect of the contrasting bows on this shirt; The arms of the hands, the body cut out, the bags do not even work in this professional model.
