Pom Pom Quarterly Winter 2018: A Review
Pom Pom Quarterly has published its Winter 2018 issue . Let's see.
tree of life . Nice sweater. I'm not usually a big fan, but these veils add lightness to a simple knit sweater.
ataraxia. I understand where this designer was going in the exact shape of a vest - I really like the design but seeing this fuzz off the side - I don't think it works. I would shorten it a few inches.
Christianity. What an attractive postcard. I like the expression of the model. "I rock this beauty without May."
Gailwood. These gloves differ in that they are held in place by the middle finger ring rather than being shaped as individual finger holes. It will stay in place pretty well - I really like the effect. They are like hands.
Clown. This is what the fur looks like, its curly, sweeping laces are truly fabulous, evoking thoughts of the dense thickets of that magical forest you read about in fairy tales.
Նիմուե. I'm not entirely sure. Bat elements give it a casual look. However, I have to admit that it's perfectly detailed - looks great here without competing with horizontal stripes.
There is no such thing. I'm not entirely happy with how this sweater sits in the front, but it's bearable and the back is just great.
Osmund. Here... too much is happening. This milk is not just an overripe egg, it looks like chickenpox.
Stay. This case is really beautiful. Knitted clothes, use of two identical shades, luxurious silk cover... There are sixteen photos of this shawl on the Ravelry site, many more than usual on the Ravelry models site. It looks like the photographer can't stop filming, it's not my fault.
Willow Stick I like the contrasting loop effect on this sweater և I'm on the pump side but I disagree with the install. Docked hands և Docked, broad horses don't work with this professional model either.
