Twist Collective March 2018: A Review
In today's post we are introduced to the March 2018 issue of Twist Collective .
rainier. The back of the model has detailed smooth front and synates with chill stitch. And a hi-low skirt, but for some reason I'm not so willing to recommend it as usual. (Hope this does not mean I'm indulgent with mullet at all, because it's an insidious slide.) Overall, it's a very decent, polished design.
sleeve. This scarf is both subtly beautiful and visually interesting.
thinned Classic sweater with edges and lace with a very thin hi-low edge.
ninfa This is a very nice and neatly sewn hood.
Gramercy Park. Very nice summer sweater. The lace work is really beautiful.
Bible. I love the alternation of diagonal lace and garter belts on this scarf, which gives it a modern look.
Mayda. The front looks good, but the back looks poorly put together.
inas. Another try with braid and lace. Not bad. This model is a bit small which is a bit confusing. A good match is very important.
bird watcher. You will love these gloves and hood set with an elegant and whimsical design of birds and branches . It would be my choice for the cover design.
Farnia. Not very enthusiastic. I'm not a fan of the "crooked" heel style, as the side edges tend to separate (like here) and look very small with a sweater. I also do not like the effect of round necks, sleeves and skirts because it looks incomplete. The embroidery around the skirt is very attractive, but other than that, this cardio requires more work.
Beer Ling. It's very attractive. I like the effect of the horizontal lace design on the sleeves and yoke, and the simple detail on the body.
Heels. I do not like the color of this sugar candy pea scale, but I still like the design. Garter stitching usually looks like a "first project" and it's always nice to see an experienced designer create a carefully polished and finished garter knitting project. The shape of this scale is beautiful, it fits well and is veiled, the edges are woven, and the decorative ribbon that runs along the edge - all it takes.
Woodbury. A classic simple eyelid lace sweater.
Growth It's too cute. The shape and embroidery are good and those contrasting knots look really nice. Suddenly I wanted to make a sweater with fun buttons.
Chimera. It's a bit off-putting in my opinion, but I have to admit that this curtain looks good on all the pictures on the Ravelry page with this design , the lace is very striking and it will be interesting to choose a dress. color scheme for it. Project.
Brooksby. That's a good number. The pattern and embroidery are good, and the slightly elaborate cuffs give a little noise to the sweater.
To explain. Another beautiful summer jacket, cleverly braided.
42nd Street. Lace and knitted classic socks.
italic. It's decent, but I can not help but think that a more complete pipeline will do more for these jerseys than those rounded edges.
