Twist Collective May 2018: A Review
In today’s article, we take a look at the May issue of Twist Collective .
swing . This unstructured minimalist material is not my design, but I have to admit that it is quite durable (important, since how much time did the user spend on its repair?) And the color game is visually appealing.
gloxinia . A beautiful piece of lace.
petrin . A simple bow or quilted fabric with enough detail to make it interesting.
Chilstan . Another delicate lace scarf.
open field . It’s fun, chic and sporty, and it can be worn a lot.
Montpellier. Another beautiful scarf with modern striped cuffs. This color palette doesn’t really surprise me (I think it’s yellow, I’ll replace it with a curse close to another color), but it’s easy to fix.
Turkish landscape . It has an incomplete and inconsistent appearance. When you finish the edge, it will sit better, and you may be able to do it by shaping your waist a bit.
Harlow . I especially like it. The sewing on the front is attractive in the Art Deco style.
prea . Not bad. I thought I would do it in a more interesting topic.
Mack Gregor . good fabric I love all the details on the edges and top. I was thinking of straightening those pocket shoulders, which lies on both shoulders and makes them a little tidier.
Delphi Park. The seams in this case are good and close well.
bed . It’s a piece that’s easy to carry around, though I’m cutting it short. The edges and style of the rear buttons add a bit of interest.
Talaita . The fourth is a beautiful scarf. It reminds me of Edward’s dress, perhaps because of the combination of white and eyes.
Sunrise. Lace sleeves are beautifully shaped and fragmented shapes and details are attractive, although I don’t know how long they can last. At least for me, once I sewed a dress with a cut on the sleeves, I sewed them together because I couldn’t beat the slow, inventive side of the material. They split at the bottom, don’t show the other side and hang very well, so I think they’re very active.
