Vogue Knitting Early Fall 2018: A Review

Today we look at Vogue Knitting 's Early Fall 2018 issue.

model number. 01, sweater with yoke. This high neck yoke is fantastic. What I do not give is that it has a little more neck for you to wear this style.

model number. 02, sweater with yoke. Nice dress effect for this one. It's looser, safer than I'd imagine, but it's going to be easy to make it run a little smaller, and it's great for casual wear.

model number. 03, structured yoke. Another comfortable and stylish sweater. I will improve the pace a bit.

model number. 04, sweater with yoke. Classic and very portable.

Model No 05 Herringbone T-shirt. Not bad. It will be a bit thick and bulky in texture, but it has a certain elegance to its shapes and gradient effects.

Knotted poncho model after 06. I like the tweed effect of the wool, but I'm sure I'll find it bulky and unattractive. However, I'm not a typical fan of ponchos, so your mileage may vary.

model number. 07, university v-neck. The cute and sporty part.

Model No. 08, tunic with high collar. I prefer this one, which I think is a versatile set that can be worn with pants, leggings or tights and boots. I want to add some life forms.

Model nº 09, vest with gradient color. Not bad. The shapes are beautiful and I like the gradient effect, although I think there is a more interesting colorway.

model number. 10, kapponcho. Call me stuffy, but I do not think your knitwear should be large enough to fit more than two people.

model number. 11, lace skirt. It is an unmistakable slap in the head, though not for the faint of heart.

model number. 12, cable knit vest. The structure of the cable is good, the design lines are not bad, but I think it should be finished on the sides and a front cover.

Kimono Cardigan Model # 13. It does not look like a kimono or a sweater. It looks like an unfinished piece of tissue wrapped around this woman's body.

model number. 14, openwork tunic. This tunic can also serve as a carrying case, but I thought I would only use it as a carrying case.

model number. 15, sweater with gauze sleeves. Nice piece to wear. I like the idea of putting texture on the sleeves.

model number. 16, hood with tassels. Not bad. As you can see on the Ravelry page images of this model, this hood looks best when worn folded around the neck. Wearing a single hood cable like this tends to have an awkward "flat blow" look.

model number. 17, turn the gradient of the knob. This is not a plus for the model, but I tend to take it easy because I like the colors and the stitching.

model number. 18, poncho sweater. It has the feel of a "run down" second hand store from the 80's.

Reason # 19, scratched yoke. Once I saw it, I knew I had seen it before and I did it as it originally appeared in Vogue Knitting Winter 2001/02 which I have in my collection. I loved this model and still love it, but I may need time to recover from the realization that the 2001 model is old enough to be "brought back".
