Vogue Knitting Spring & Summer 2020: A Review
Vogue Knitting has released a new spring-summer 2020 issue . Let’s take a look at this, right?
№ 01, Hulk. This is the first of six designs that Vogue calls the capsule collection. This outfit is definitely reliable and versatile, which goes well with the wardrobe. I’m not a big fan of mullet, but it’s also a classic that fits into different styles and can be worn almost anywhere.
№ 02, paper. I prefer to do something similar than buy because knitwear is boring and these knitted sweaters are readily available, but if you like a simple project and / or want to sew as many clothes / gifts as possible, that’s all. definitely a good t-shirt design in terms of looks.
№ 03, plot. To me, it’s so simple that it seems modest, but the overall style has an atmosphere of “Mary Tyler Moore is getting modern,” and a woman can make it worse.
№ 04, Foundation. Knitted skirts can be heavy, but I think these skirts will stand the test. The shape is thin and classic, and the rubber should help it stay in shape.
№ 05, key. Embroidered and in good condition. I would like to add buttons and buttonholes, but then jackets with open buttons do not suit me, it's my chest.
№ 06, my subject. beauty.
№ 07, blue sapphire. Overall, I like it - the lace and ribbons used as a tube look good - but I’m not impressed with the indented collar, which is more like a flaw than a feature.
No. 08, Majarel. I love this embroidery. The shape to my taste is a bit square, but it’s one of those linear designs that’s hard to change.
No. 09, Aegean Sea. Love this modern blouse in the style of Edward. Maybe in the next life I’ll have enough of wearing a neck. I will say that in summer this design is not very practical, because you need a base coat.
No. 10, deep dive. It’s so beautiful that it seems to me that I just found my wedding dress (and now I need to find the person I want to marry). The seams and adjustments are excellent.
№ 11 Dress with bars. This is an "archival" model, first published in the magazine "Spring / Summer VC" in 2002. As soon as I saw the photo of Vogue Knitting, I realized it was a reissue and that I really had a problem since it originally appeared on my shelves and I have it. It is a timeless work that has been used in the right order for the past eighteen years.
№ 12, white cash register. This is the blazer version of the top dress, and the design concept works well in the image of the blazer.
№ 13 Wave Dress. This crochet dress is similar in shape and embroidery to the “Deep Dive” dress above, but again, it’s crochet, and the chances of crocheting a dress are almost the same if you’ve done it almost before. I got married. This dress has a relatively small effect, which can be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on your point of view.
No. 14, consciousness. It’s a fun and trendy Breton striped jacket, but I’ll leave it at the bottom of the crutch.
No. 15, curve. Color and elegance give this lace scales a modern and attractive look.
No. 16, reversal. This is a fun and intense game of color and texture.
No. 17, departure. The thread of this scale is Koigu Painter’s Palette Premium, and after coloring a different color palette I have to admit that the name fits. I am fascinated by the play of colors, and the pattern and shape of the lace are also attractive.
No. 18, chevron sweater. I like the Chevron line, but not the square expression. I will greatly improve the fit of this model; fortunately, this is one of those models that will not be affected by shape changes. In fact, the only thing I find good in the boxes are the candies I order online and I can’t wait to get them.
