Vogue Knitting Winter 2018/2019: A Review
Vogue Knitting has released its Winter 2018/2019 issue . Let's see, shall we?
Pattern # 1, curved poncho. I like this design more than most poncho designs, probably because it has size and detail and almost matches the sweater.
Model No. 2 Peplam Sweater. I like fit and flare, as well as good wiring.
Model number. 3, knitted sweater. Not bad, though I'll fix the hanging shoulder.
Pattern No. 4, diamond poncho. A beautiful piece. Its diagonal lines give it a certain elegance.
Pattern No. 5, crooked cardigan. This one has nice details and the shape is very beautiful.
Pattern # 6, zigzag front cardigan. Assign classic.
Model No. 7 Argyle Vest. A simple and comfortable version of the classic Argyle Vest.
Pattern No. 8, Cubix Scarf. This can be a great and visually appealing cache breaker.
Pattern No. 9, shiny poncho. It’s a little more Afghan for me when it comes to sewing, though I have to admit that it fits nicely and fits nicely.
Brioche Scarf Pattern No. 10. Modern packaging which is quite attractive.
Model number. 11, two color sweater. This jumpsuit is a little rough and ready for my taste, but I thought it could be worn with just a hanging shoulder clip and it would be fun to experiment with the color choice of this jumpsuit - it's a light matte jumpsuit. Gray and ivory work little.
Model number. 12, sweater with heart. It looks like a dog sweater, not an adult woman.
Pattern No. 13, sleeveless A-line dress. It's like an orphanage uniform cosplay. It's stylish, but I'm not sure what to do with this piece. It looks like a sack that encloses with a drawstring and is made of ivory.
Pattern No. 14, striped sweater and scarf. I like the idea of a striped sweater with a matching colorful scarf.
Pattern No. 15 Large Scarf. Not bad, but it's one of the things I think is best left on the sofa.
Pattern No. 16, "Winter Lake" shawl. So beautiful lace.
Pattern No. 17, Cardigan Hill. I'm not a fan of batting weapons, but I like it. It looks really good from the back, if not from the side. I thought I would remove the comb between the ribs and the stitches used all over the body because it is too stretched and not in a good way.
Model number. 18, offset triangle canvas. Not so bad. I like unusual color combinations, as well as stitches combined with attractive lines and minimal trim.
19 Turtleneck pattern with diamonds. Oh, I remember Adrienne Vittadini's design which was first published in Vogue Knitting Winter 1996/97, I have a rather disgusting copy on a shelf in my pattern library. It's smart and useful. I haven't done it yet, but that doesn't mean I won't.
Model 20, striped jacket. I like it, though the dropped cardigan isn't usually my type. The combination of the stripes works really well and the design looks pretty good.
