Interweave Knits Spring 2018: A Review
Interview Knights released their Spring 2018 issue , and it's a really good job on their part. Let's look at it.
Bergen Peak Jersey. Yes a little. To show off the jacquard straps, I'd like to shorten this underwired yoke a bit, as this swimsuit looks a bit over the top and unbalanced.
Bronson Rock Jersey. I like sewing bamboo on it. But I don't know if it is sold with a contrast sleeve effect. I think I could use maybe two colors that go well together, such as a stiff yarn for the body and a matching shaggy yarn for the sleeves and/or collar in the same color as the sleeves.
Sheer Creek cardigan. Classic underwire vest.
Jersey wind rose. Here it is: "Oh, I love this!" The graphic work on the front and back when I first saw this is very attractive, the shape is good and the ribbed details on the sides and neck give the sweater a finished look. This design might be my favorite for a cover design instead of the classic but relatively soft sweater on top.
Lined sports shirt. A nice modern take on a classic Chevron design.
Jersey Els Prato. Beautiful! It would be fun to choose the color of the sweater because you can get a subtle, understated look or something crisp or bold that has been done here.
Evergreen Mountain Jersey. Lovely embroidery on the front of this sweater. It has mullet ham in it, but if you think I smell mullet ham, that can be easily fixed.
Genesis Mountain Pancho. This capillary has good seams and fits very well. Great job!
Kittredge packaging. I'm not a fan of this one, which has an oblique and unfinished look.
Fall West. This will be a very useful garment for spring and summer as it can be worn in layers or separately. This design makes good use of walnut yarn.
Mountain saddle cardigan. Choose from its colorful design that looks like a handmade wallpaper. I also like the flat wide neckline - it's a bit newer and more modern than the expected shawl collar or spaghetti straps.

Scottish jacket. The jacket fits very well in the back, but poorly in the front.
Squaw Mountain Jersey. I am far from claiming to know the male mind, but I think most men will be completely satisfied with this pullover, which is absolutely attractive and comfortable to wear.
Correct vest. Just like the combination of trembling stitch and pin stitch used here, but I can't help but straighten my shoulders out of bed and adjust the fit of this sweater.
Motorcycle jacket "butterfly". Biker jacket styles often don't lend themselves well to knitting because yarn is a much softer drape than leather, but this designer was able to rise to the challenge and create linen stitching that fits well and is quite elegant. And a really unique tweed look.
Torque cap. The hat design is good, but I don't think the leather button details work. The leather clip appears to have slipped out of the model's jacket during a photo shoot break, attached itself to her hat, and hasn't been put back in place. I would use a different type of lace or button.
