Knit Simple Fall 2019: A Review

Knit Simple has released the autumn 2019 issue. Come on, okay? There is a Ravelry page for this issue, but it only has two template pages to write, which I added in the post.





It is quite attractive and portable. It has a nice neck shape, and although the shoulder is slightly lowered, I think it's good for this design.





This combines 1960s style with a contemporary color block concept and the effect is fun, although there are more interesting color combinations for this look than the one used here.





A very nice set with hats and capes.





It looks less like a scarf than a recycled curtain. I would add a little more shape.





This scarf looks like a starting project, like something someone with little knitting skills can do without a pattern. Real models should offer a little more to the jerseys.





It's very similar. It is simple but very worn and this detail on the neckline gives the garment an elegant air.





Well, though, I'm not happy playing Hippopotamus. The rims look a bit weird and weird.





Good too. I like to combine the hippo, the stripes and the grass effect.





Not a bad jacket. This design reminds me of Elizabeth Zimmerman's iconic Tom jacket .





Simple and useful boots.





Cute children. I think it would go with more interesting buttons because it needs something.





A good blanket for a very tough baby. This would be a good scrap project.





I would go with fun colors for these textured hats.





The design isn't bad, but the red and brown "brick wall" used here looks very straightforward and not so pretty.





Good quality. I like a ball of faux fur in a handmade hat.





Nice hat and clean structure.

These are very smart.





Model no. 20, cushions with elongated squares. Very surprising!





Nice tartan effect.





We really like this Afghan quilt with cardboard.





Model no. 23, Myths without fingers. Basic but useful enough.





I really like the design of this set, but the colors hurt my retina.





A simple crochet theft.





It's a slightly offensive throwback, but it's a weird way to make it elegant.





I think it would make me feel like I have two scarves on my neck that hurt me.





Pretty cute set. Gray, hot pink and orange work at least better in this design than the four main models.
