Knit Simple Winter 2017: A Review

In today's post, let's take a look at the Knit Simple Winter 2017 version .

Model no. 1, thick high collar. Objectively, there's nothing wrong with that, but I'm sure I feel like lemon cream.

Model no. 2, textured socks. I don't really like textures, they don't look very good stretched out on the legs.

Model no. 3, stand-up collar cardigan. It's too deconstructed to work. The edges appear to have been hidden by accident rather than intentionally.

model no. 4, cup. I have never seen the point in a box of mugs that inevitably leaked coffee, hot chocolate and the like and had to be washed.

Model number 5. Heater cover. A heating pad actually makes more sense because it tends to be unattractive and what could be more attractive and comfortable than a heating pad with a nice sweater?

Model no. 6, poncho with braid. It's not bad, but like most ponchos, I can't help but think it would look better as a plaid.

Reason No. 7, textured cushion. Good material, useful and will look great on many sofas.

Model no. 8, openwork shawl. Lace is beautiful, but when I have a crochet scarf like this one, I always find it awkward to style.

Reason No. 9, Blanket with fringes. Classic afghan dress with braids.

Reason No. 10, garter stitch hood. It's as simple as it sounds, but you can always enhance it with some beautiful and eye-catching yarn.

Model no. 11, color block hat. Classic striped hats are useful and a great way to use leftover yarn.

Model no. 12, a hat with a chevron. This is a spectacular and attractive chevron.

Model number 13, Hat with braids. Pretty good standard hat.

Model no. 14, Fair Isle hat. It looks good, although I wouldn't call it an island fair.

Model no. 15, two-tone striped hat. An interesting combination of textures and lines.

Model no. 16, hat with pompom. I don't really like the rounded edges which give an unfinished look.

Model no. 17, Hat with tassels. Not bad. I prefer tassels to pom poms because I think they are more suitable for adults.

Model no. 18, polar bear jacket, hat and gloves. Gloves are fine, but I don't really like hats or jackets that look rough and vulgar.

Model no. 19, polar bear cushion. This is a square polar bear.

Model no. 20, teddy bear hat and sweater. It's cute enough without the overzealous look of the previous set of polar bear sweaters, hats, and gloves.

Model no. 21, crewneck sweater.
Beautiful textures, shapes and gradient effects.

Model no. 22. Cardigan with three-quarter sleeves. I love the thoughtful color scheme of this dress and how tight the front hemline is, but the body shape and sleeves are so loose that the overall look just doesn't work.

Model no. 23, tight shawl. a little nice. The border pattern is interesting.

Model no. 24, long veil. Simple enough, but it will work.

Model no. 25, linen scarf. I like the linen stitch effect, but I'm not happy with the color palette used here. I also add a fringe.

Reason No. 26, superior lattice. Simple but beautiful effect.

Model no. 27, Swaddle Blanket. Not a bad way to keep your baby warm, but still give him the opportunity to kick and wiggle.
