Knitting Traditions 2018: A Review
Today we look at the 2018 edition of Weaving Traditions .
Ann Veronica Cardigan. I love the sides, but the face of this design is not that good.
Russian Ballet Post. beautiful!
Top slope line. This upper bouts featured two cutaways, for easier access to the higher frets. I would like to rethink the beautiful designs of the past, but note that Garter's stitches do not usually stick to the hips. It will not be an interesting design for most women, but I must accept an interesting detail thanks to the design.
Coconut wrap. A little classic lace scarf.
Collection bag. This beautiful and modern bag is a tribute to girl guides and their collection of monsters.
Top catalog. An attractive sweater that is very comfortable to wear.
The end of the blanket journey. Inspired by another handbook, this simple scarf design is very clever and is made from the original handbook. (No, no, but I can't stand the noise from Addams on Wednesday .)
A collection of ornaments from Macintosh leaves. I can never use crochet ornaments because no matter how good the designs look, they do not look like jewelry. Tie this set with threads and beads and you will find something different than anything your child brings home from the arts and crafts camp.
Prayer of the Queen of the Cross Church. With metal wires and careful detail, this is a wonderful thing.
Shiaparelli Scarf. It's fun and sporty.
Sheep Station Cardigan. The shape is great and I love the combination of texture and lace.
The captain of a sports ship. I love the style of the sailor and I love this piece in general, but I find myself looking at this lace and wondering how rough and ready it is. I'm better to use the right screws and bolts or to pull the trap out of the way and place it at the point where the two sides meet.
Election symbol. It has some interesting details, but I'm not happy about how it looks.
Tourist sweater. Okay, but I think I want to go back here so that everyone can see something more interesting. Also, I love this gorgeous Tartan dress.
Bumlin Henley. Oh beautiful! And if it looks like a double-edged sword, it could be said that it is not.
Wrapping and twisting. The zigzag sides are nice, but I can't say I care about the edges. He looks very naughty.
Wings and cap lock. Very beautiful design. Key metaphors, bees and butterflies - a reference to science, which began to unravel the mysteries of nature. My first thought was that the key was actually semen and that seeds, butterflies and bees were related to realities of life.
