Knitty First Fall 2019: A Review

Nitti released the first fall of 2019 . Let's see, shall we?





Kalan. This packaging creates an attractive and casual look, and it would be interesting to choose a color scheme.





The banner is paired with classic Breton jumper cord to see this cape and I'm here for it. Very marine.





Last night I had a dream . Caps come in classic and retro, which is always a big plus.





Mrs Rabbit's clutch. Inspired by the art of Beatrix Potter, this set of scarves and gloves has an attractive slippery texture. Even if you think you'll never complete this set, check out the pattern page, which has a nice biographical essay on Potter and is illustrated with an adorable watercolor sketch.





Brenton's argument. This is an exciting new take on the Fair Isle Yoke sweater that feels fresh and modern. I think it's the solid background color combination on the yoke that makes the yoke look like a sheath, the rhombus on the yoke is easy to use and minimal detail on the body of the sweater. The shape is good too.





Let's. Despite the transparent modern colors, its design comes from the 80s. It's funny, but I'll fix those drooping shoulders.





fugue of ribs. I really like it, I added it to a sock pattern that I keep as a favorite in Ravelry and hope to get in 2020.





You do not want me. It must be from the 1980s, and of course the model name is very common in the 1980s (and gives me ugly earwax). It's fun and perfect if you want to imagine yourself dancing in the spotlight in a 1980s dance club.





Bremen bag. Oh, this is a ridiculous design that makes me laugh. Hooray for the smart, brave pets who team up, outdo a gang of thieves, and live a happy, comfortable life for themselves after being kicked out by their heartless owners because they're too old. I can't help but notice that the top edge had a slightly better finish and/or coating.





Aji Pasam. I'm trying to put my ups and downs back and justify this design so I'll just say this design is really well done and the scary rat looks cute and pretty and now I'm going to go for it as soon as possible. I'll have to move away from it.
