Vogue Knitting Late Winter 2019: A Review

Vogue Knitting has released its late winter 2019 issue ! Let's see, huh?

Pattern № 01, mosaic hat. Discreet hat with mosaic ribbon.

Pattern No. 02, mosaic vest with yoke. Very delicate and interesting work.

Pattern № 03 Vest with mosaic V-neck. It has some very clever details through a mosaic yoke and contrasting tubes and buttons, although I’m not sure it will hold up well in real life in the body of a non-professional model.

Pattern No. 04, envelope. My God, it’s incredibly amazing. The design, the palette, the screen ... everything was perfect.

Pattern № 05, mosaic garter Kaul. Attractive! These color schemes work very well together.

Pattern № 06, round envelope. It’s a pretty beautiful design. I don’t think anyone can wear it without comment.

Pattern No. 07, Berets. Beautiful and whimsical stitches.

Pattern № 08, sweater with leopard print. The classic leopard print looks like a beautiful, well-made interpretation.

Pattern # 09 Gloriana Cardigan. It happens as "Queen Elizabeth I Goth and then the girl from Klondike". It’s a great technical achievement, even if I don’t know how portable it is.

Pattern №10, the fairy shrugs. It’s a small deuce on my taste buds, but there’s no denying that it’s a nice little candy from the evening package.

Pattern № 11 Lillian and Rose Set of 3 pieces. It definitely crosses two lines. It looked like a stage costume from "A Midsummer Night's Dream" in which the actors performed a sweaty explanatory "dance of flowers."

Pattern № 12, Sweater Fairy Square Island. I have repaired this one, but there is no denying that it is a very interesting example of an island.

Pattern № 13, Hood Tooth Hood. This is a fun update to the classic goose-leg scarf. Adding a comb works very well.

Pattern № 14, V-neck vest. Great use of a honeycomb model that should be a pretty understated mesh vest.

Pattern № 15, sweater in a cage. I really like the bold and fresh design, but there are better colors for it.

Pattern № 16, diamond soft sweater. It’s incredibly effective and fun for such a simple template.

Pattern No. 17, lace vest. I looked at this design for a few minutes to see if I liked it, but thought I would answer a similar question. The texture is beautiful, the contrasting finish and the belt give a brilliant feel, and the pleated scales collar is unusual but stands out and looks appropriate.

Pattern №18 Mohair scarf. This scarf has a lot ... three different threads of "art"! Brilliant! sequins! Any lace pattern! Bladder! garter! And the shore! It may be a bit confusing, but I think overall it works pretty well, probably because the color palette is limited to pink and gray, which go well together and even have a certain modern atmosphere. This is an item that can be combined with simple clothing because it is a statement in itself.

Pattern # 19 Striped sweater. I’m not a fan of Mullet Hem, but in this case I think it works. It’s long enough to look like a design feature rather than a bug, and other designs have twists (e.g., back thread details, gradient color, stripes) that seem to flow naturally asymmetrically.

Pattern № 20, Sweater with print. Very attractive! The pattern works very well and I’m sure it will look beautiful in both dark and warm colors, but I like the contrast of fresh and light contrasting colors with white. So summer!

Pattern № 21, Sweater with lace and stripes. Not bad. I'm not a fan of gauze, but I must admit that the combination of gauze and bright stripes - it's a fun summer image.

Pattern № 22, jumper with colored blocks. At first glance I didn’t like it, but when I spent more time looking at the details, I realized it was a color I responded to because the design was good.

Pattern № 23, a sweater with a pattern of animal skin. Enjoy this knitting pattern from the 1989/1990 winter issue. It has a classic shape, the neckline sits well, and animal skin prints and patterns can be enhanced and declined in popularity / designer clothing, it never goes out of style.
