Love of Knitting Winter 2017: A Review

Love for Knitting has released the 2017 winter edition. Let's take a look.





Boho t shirt. Overall, I really like it և I think I'll put the schro detail in the body of the jacket, not the contrast yoke, as it would usually be particularly interesting, but I will remove the toe seams from the seam. Claire Bulover. This is a very good piece that I will cut short, but that's because I don't care about long tunics and not because there is something objectively wrong with them.





Mojer West Rules. Not bad. Such a thing can come in handy when a woman is so comfortable that she just wants a layer to sit on her flannel shirt.





Connect Cool. Attractive. But then it's hard to go wrong with a hat with strings.





Furuset Ginger Men. Okay, but I'll change my expression a bit. The pink spot on the cheeks should be around the cheeks, not around the edges of the mouth, if I haven't put my blush in the wrong place for the past three decades.





Raspberry glove. Overall okay, but I'll end up with a small cuff. The edges look a bit unfinished - one of them is round.





Jorat Cole. This is a nice point.





Kattegat T-shirt. Oh, I love it. It is very easy to wear, but the collar, cuffs and waist make it look so different.





Ruhnu short pullover. The length of the slit will highlight the sweet sweater you are wearing, like in this model as a child, but once washed it has a "squeezing" effect.





Sandwich t-shirt. I like its overall concept, good, but somehow they don't match, perhaps because the colors don't go with each other. I think I could do it with one of the two strands instead of three, with a base color և contrast և flexible format.





Scalloway's sickle. This is an elegant scarf that goes well with a simple look like this one.





Flow scapa scarf. I'm not crazy about it. The texture is beautiful - I love the yarn used here, but it looks clunky in the three professionally embossed photos on Ravelry's page. These heavy covers don't look good.





Sherkin Island Scarf. Attractive classic body.





Skellig Michael jacket. beauty. How I wish I had so many necks to look like this!





Svalbard hood. I love the beautiful island: its color, not quite the awkward seams of the socks in the ribs. They are like the shirts he has forgotten for a while, what was on the front of the fabric.





Valle Tarfalla scarf. I love the edge: the fact that the wrong side of this shawl will look almost as good as the wrong side.





Hood's Island Scream. Another eye-catching detail with interesting stitching.
